Overcoming Sociocentric Thought

Overcoming Egocentric Tendencies
The first step to overcoming egocentric tendencies is to become aware of them. We need to be able to recognize when we are putting our own needs and desires above the needs and desires of others. Once we are aware of our egocentric tendencies, we can begin to challenge them.
